Time Will Tell.
Do you love me for me?
Do I love you for you?
Do we laugh and play?
How is our day to day?
Can we see the future?
Can we be right here now?
Can we work it out?
Do we lift each other up?
Do we have each others’ back?
Do we see eye to eye?
Time Will Tell.

We are all familiar with the games we play with people, especially the people that you are attracted to in a deeper way.

We give the person attention, then we pull away when we get too close, always testing each other, and finding that ebb and flow with a certain someone. It’s human nature to play around with these emotions. It certainly keeps life interesting.

The longer you get to know someone, the more you become your own self. The more you feel there is a judgement-free zone between the two of you, the more confident you become, and you can truly have the mental freedom to express yourself. When you build this type of relationship, you can say what you want, whether it is being silly, or bringing up a matter that needs to be discussed. Communication is the key to being able to come out of our shells.

Friends. Family. Companions.

Living this life with love,
The bond that lets us rise above.
Let’s give it our all.

You & Me, here for it all.

You & Me
Taking a Chance
All it takes is a first glance.
All it takes is a first hello.
Our energies may connect like whoa.
Let’s give it a try.
It might be a nice surprise.
One thing will lead to another.
And who knows what we'll discover.
Either way, we will learn and grow.
Either way, we will be a positive glow.
You & Me.
Taking a Chance.

Bluebonnets are iconic to the central Texas Hill Country. Every spring, thousands of people flock to the fields of bluebonnets to take photographs of their families and friends, and artists bring the blue and violet fields to life in paintings. This is my version of the Texas bluebonnets.

My family used to have a river house on the Pedernales River, and every year, we would revel in the beautiful fields of bluebonnets. This piece invites the viewer to be a part of the field of bluebonnets by being reflected in the mirror profiles. This is my way to interact with our beautiful state flower.

Urban high-rise apartment buildings, with all their windows and residents, have always caused me to wonder as to who lives there, and what goes on behind all those closed doors. This piece represents the grid-like appearance of these buildings, and the individual linocut prints personify the different relationships and experiences between the people behind those windows: couples having intimate moments, people having a party, two people getting to know each other, families living together, friendships growing, and the positive energy that can occur between two people.

When you meet someone, you have many first-time experiences. You are testing the waters of intimacy, the energy, the evolving of the relationship, the building of trust, the process of learning about each other, and interactions with other people together. You have to feel things out, and participate in multiple types of experiences to see if the relationship is a good fit.
